Cen Freedan O. is a Los Angeles-based sculpture, performance, and mixed-media artist whose practice is embedded in investigating different forms of communication within corporeality & psychological archetypes.

Being a research and process-based artist, their resulting work materializes as a somatic essay transcribed through the subconscious.Their visual language takes on heavy influences from their upbringing in Buddhism & Hinduism. Creating an interplay between ancient philosophies and fables personified within a modern context.

By asking questions related to the absurdity within existence, the relationship between shadow & ego, and art as a form of ritual, they hope to engage in a dialogue underneath the exoskeleton of our collective consciousness.
